Spec Sheets, SDS &Technical Library
Architects, engineers, fire marshals, and procurement teams — every document you need to specify, approve, and purchase AFT fire-protection products lives on this page. Filter, download, or have the whole library zipped to your inbox.
- UL GREENGUARD GOLD

- NFPA 701 / E84 Class A
- EN 13823 SBI
- FAA-DER FAR 25.853
- ISO/IEC 17025 lab data
Specifying authorities can't approve a product they haven't read a data sheet on. Every absent PDF is a sales objection — so we publish them all, current revision, no gate.
If you can't find what you need — a translated SDS, a custom submittal package, BIM objects, raw burn-chamber video, or a project-specific 3-Part CSI spec — our technical team will pull it together within one business day.
Document Library
28 documents shownGHS-formatted SDS — one per AFT product
Required for procurement, hazmat handling, and on-site safety files. Our SDSs follow the latest OSHA HCS 2012 / GHS Rev. 9 16-section structure.
Spec sheets engineers can actually submit
Coverage rates, dilution ratios, application methods, cured-film properties, substrate compatibility, and the test references your reviewing agency will ask for.
SGS ASTM test reports — Chestnut Springs
Independent third-party ASTM fire testing performed by SGS. Full lab reports with test methodology, instrument calibration, and signed results.
Project submittal packages
Ready-to-submit data packages for architects, spec writers, and contractors. Drop directly into your submittal binder or RFI response.
Third-party verified. Lab-signed. Reviewer-ready.
UL, FDNY, SGS, EN 13823 (SBI), FAR 25.853 (FAA-DER), and Nautilus ISO/IEC 17025 toxicity panels — the certificates that turn a maybe into a purchase order.
Deeper reading — written for spec writers, not marketers
Field data, lab methods, and post-event analysis from real deployments: Pacific Palisades, Air Force One, Jayco, and the municipal departments transitioning off PFAS foams.

Every clip below was shot at AFT-authorized test events. Embed them in your RFQ or specification narrative — direct .mp4 links provided.
Fire Inhibitor — Lumber Burn Comparison
Side-by-side burn test. Untreated 2×4 ignites in seconds; AFT-treated lumber chars only at the flame contact point and self-extinguishes.
Download .mp4Fire Defense Coating — Intumescent Activation
Slow-motion footage of the invisible coating expanding into a protective char layer when subjected to direct flame.
Download .mp4Wetting Agent — Class B Liquid Fire Knockdown
Live-fire demonstration on a fuel-pan rig. Single attack line achieves complete extinguishment and re-ignition prevention.
Download .mp4Home Protection Solution — Backpack Sprayer Walkthrough
Homeowner-grade application: perimeter treatment, vegetation, eaves, and roofline — all in under 25 minutes per 1,800 sq ft.
Download .mp4Fire Inhibitor — Driveway Field Test
Open-air driveway burn test. Treated wood samples resist ignition; untreated controls combust fully within 90 seconds.

We zip the current SDS, TDS, certifications, whitepapers, and case studies and email them to you. Versioned, dated, and ready to drop into your submittal.
Documents formatted for AHJ submissions
Sixteen-section GHS-compliant SDS. CSI-aligned TDS structure. Test reports include lab signature, scope, methodology, and instrument calibration trace — exactly what your reviewing authority is going to ask for.
Versioned, dated, automatically re-issued
Filenames carry revision and date. When a third-party recertification posts, we re-issue the bundle to every downloader within 24 hours. No silent drift between the spec you submitted and the product you're buying.
UL, FDNY, SGS, Nautilus, FAA-DER on file
Every claim on the data sheet ties back to an external certificate or a third-party test report. The labs sign — we just publish. Raw datasets and instrument trace are available on request through our QA team.
Questions from spec writers, procurement, and AHJs
If yours isn't here, our technical desk usually replies in under an hour during business days.
We're in the middle of a documentation refresh tied to our 2026 third-party re-certification cycle. Filenames and metadata on this page reflect the upcoming release. If you need a current revision in the next hour, hit the 'Email me the bundle' form below or contact our spec desk — we'll send the active PDF directly.
Yes. Our SDSs follow OSHA HCS 2012 / GHS Rev. 9 in the 16-section format required by U.S. federal law. Our TDSs include the test references most authorities having jurisdiction request — NFPA 701, ASTM E84, ASTM E2768, FAR 25.853, CAN/ULC-S109, and EN 13823 — with the originating lab named and the report number cross-linked.
Every certificate file in the library carries its issue date in the filename and an expiration table inside. UL GREENGUARD Gold renews annually; FDNY Certificates of Approval renew every three years; FAA-DER approvals are tied to the specific airframe and substrate. If a certification on this page is within 90 days of expiration, we proactively email it to anyone who has downloaded it.
Yes, on request. Independent labs (UL, SGS, Nautilus Environmental, our FAA-DER) provide us full test packets including instrument calibration records, raw time-series data, and chain-of-custody documentation. For ASTM E84 and EN 13823, we'll share the unedited burn-chamber video as well. Submit a request via the contact page and we'll route it through QA.
We maintain GHS-compliant SDSs in English, Spanish, and French. The product TDSs are currently English-only, with Spanish translations in QA review for Q3 2026. If you need a specific document translated for a regulatory submission, our spec desk can prioritize it — typical turnaround is 10 business days through a certified technical translator.
BIM families (Revit RFA + IFC) for the Fire Defense Coating and Home Protection Solution are available on request — note it in the bundle form below or email spec@anti-firetech.com. 3-Part CSI specs are published for Division 07 81 23 (Intumescent Fireproofing) and Division 12 12 (Furniture Treatments). Drop us your project number and we'll customize the spec to your master.
Talk to a spec engineer — not a sales rep.
Custom submittal packages, BIM objects, project-specific 3-Part CSI specs, translated SDSs, raw test data, or an on-site presentation for your design team. We'll put the right person in front of you.
